  • Efficiently allocate rooms based on guest preferences, availability, and business demands, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  • Ensure secure payment transactions, verifying billing details for accuracy.
  • Offer room upgrades, provide special amenities, and fulfill specific guest requests to elevate the guest's stay.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records to monitor room availability and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues related to reservations, billing, or room assignments.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems would be beneficial.
