Opportunity Summary

Work with a leading non-profit organisation promoting diversity and professional development.

As a Consultant for Teaching Family Model, you will oversee one residential home with up to four young people. You will provide direct line management of a team of Practitioners, including formal supervision and performance review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Service Standards as outlined by the TFM guidelines.
  • Lead and operational manage a core team for success.
  • Conduct observations, provide written and verbal feedback to ensure implementation of skills taught during pre-service training.
  • Ensure the program has appropriately skilled Practitioners who maintain high-quality client-centred work.
  • Mentor, coach and supervise staff to improve outcomes for young people in care.

**Requirements**

You will have proven mentoring skills, sound experience working with young people impacted by trauma and neglect. You will inspire leadership through thoughtful coaching and proactive approaches. Self-motivation and a keen sense of professional development are essential.
