Are you a skilled and experienced change management professional looking to make a positive impact in the healthcare sector?

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Change Management Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role

As a key member of our Clinical Risk and Governance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies that support the delivery of person-centered care to our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Working closely with senior management and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing solutions that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Regularly traveling to our facilities across the Northern Territory.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to regularly travel to our facilities across the Northern Territory.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and knowledge of change management principles and methodology.
