About the Role

As a key member of our team, we are seeking an experienced Axiom Tech Lead to lead the design and development of business solutions based on business requirements.

This role requires strong expertise in AxiomSL, with 8+ years of development experience using this platform. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience with Control-M or other batch scheduling tools. Knowledge of Axiom objects, including configurations and settings, is also essential.

  • Lead regulatory reporting and risk-related projects with strong AxiomSL expertise
  • Define clear success criteria with a focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage vendor patches, upgrades, environment setup, development, and testing tasks to completion
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple conflicting requests

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading regulatory reporting and risk-related projects with strong AxiomSL expertise. They will define clear success criteria with a focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement, manage vendor patches, upgrades, environment setup, development, and testing tasks to completion, and adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple conflicting requests.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of development experience using AxiomSL
  • Strong Axiom Developer for regulatory reporting and risk projects
  • V10 experience is a must
  • Good knowledge of Axiom objects (Aggregation, Data Models, Portfolios, Stream, and Instance Keys) including configurations and settings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Control-M or other batch scheduling tools
  • Previous experience in Banking or Financial Services is an advantage
