Our Current Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Pastry Chef to join our team in our Sydney Production Kitchen. As a Pastry Chef at Black Star Pastry, you will be responsible for crafting our iconic cakes and developing your skills in a fast-paced production kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting high-quality pastries and desserts in a timely manner.
  • Developing and maintaining recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pastry Chef.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
