Our team is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to join our crew. As an ambassador, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional customer experiences by:
- Performing efficiently in a dynamic environment that prioritizes speed and quality.
- Welcoming customers and guiding them on an unforgettable doughnut journey.
- Preparing and presenting food and beverages with precision and flair.
- Maintaining the overall presentation and cleanliness of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Competencies- Providing exceptional customer service through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Developing a keen willingness to learn and enhance your skill set to deliver top-notch results.
- Exhibiting exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- Remaining composed under pressure and maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Adapting to a flexible rotating roster that includes nights and weekends.
Desirable Skills:
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in food handling and preparation.
- Coffee or Barista experience.
