Job Role

We are seeking talented and passionate graduates who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals they support.

This role involves working collaboratively with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, supporting clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.

  • Initial assessments and interventions will be provided for job seekers facing mental health barriers and psychosocial challenges.
  • New employment vocational assessments and transferable skills analysis will be performed.
  • Case management services will be offered to support injured workers in returning to same employment.
  • Psychological functional capacities will be assessed, and detailed reports will be completed.
  • The effects of mental health conditions and medical issues on ability to work will be evaluated and recommendations made.
  • Detailed case notes and reports will be compiled.
  • Support will be provided to veterans in achieving their psychosocial, medical, and return-to-work goals.
  • Adjustment to Injury counselling and Vocational Counselling will be conducted in-person and via phone to aid client rehabilitation.
  • Support will be offered to adult clients from diverse socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and nationality backgrounds.

A Graduate Program is available, providing a comprehensive knowledge base through fortnightly technical training and 1-1 mentorship from an experienced clinician. Additionally, a significant allowance is allocated for professional development.
