**Job Description:**

We're seeking a rehabilitation professional to join our team in Sydney on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll support individuals who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.

You'll work closely with our team to undertake vocational assessments, identify client goals and outcomes, and develop targeted intervention strategies to enhance life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting vocational assessments to inform client goals and outcomes.
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial results.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes client interests and promotes recovery and return to work.
  • Developing deep understanding of various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
**Requirements:**
  • Qualifications in rehabilitation counselling and ASORC accreditation.
  • A confident approach to engaging with multiple stakeholders, including insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues, and employees.
  • An inclusive and integrative attitude when working with diverse cultural groups.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Punctuality and effective time management.
  • A willingness to travel (current vehicle and driver's license required).
