Strategic Procurement Lead

This is a senior role that requires leadership expertise in procurement strategy, technology, and process optimization.

  • Develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the roadmap for procurement technology to enhance data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in procurement and/or contract management, with a strong background in strategy development and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement best-in-class procurement processes and policies.
  2. Develop a supplier engagement strategy to enhance collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives.
  3. Lead sourcing transformation initiatives to embed agile methodologies and digital tools.
Requirements
  • Relevant graduate or postgraduate qualifications in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, or Law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically.
