Aged Care Leadership Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our aged care team as a Care Director. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality aged care services.
As a Care Director, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of carers and nurses to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Developing and implementing clinical care programs to enhance resident wellbeing.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, including finance and human resources.
- Building relationships with residents and their families to provide person-centred care.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Qualifications as a registered nurse and current registration with the relevant authority.
- At least 3 years in a nursing management role at ward level or above.
- Experience in managing people and budgets.
- A background in Aged Care.
