At a senior level, we seek a dedicated and passionate Care Director to drive our aged care services in Australia.

With numerous homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, and Victoria, you will play a key role in positively impacting the lives of our residents and their families.
About the Role- Nurture strong relationships between residents and their family.
- Develop the skills of the next generation of carers and nurses.
- Oversee clinics to ensure compliance with stock management and accurate reporting.
- Design clinical care programs for optimal wellbeing outcomes.
- Contribute to effective home management.
You'll be a seasoned leader with a strong track record of achievement, possessing a genuine desire to learn and grow. Key requirements include:
- Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
- At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
- Experience in managing teams and budgets.
- A background in Aged Care.
