- Experience
- 2-4 years' experience working within a similar role for a fast-paced organization.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certifications
- Certification in Safety Management, Workers' Compensation, or related areas is preferred.
- Skills
- Proven experience in safety management and return-to-work coordination.
- Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations and workers' compensation laws.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.
- Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels.
