About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Manager to join our team at Parklife Metro. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for providing governance for all occupational health and hygiene activities associated with the systematic assessment and management of occupational health risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct health risk assessments and create health management plans to ensure a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement hygiene monitoring programs to identify and mitigate potential health risks
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to site-based teams and frontline supervisors on occupational health and hygiene best practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Hygiene or a related field
  • Current Certified Occupational Hygienist certification from the AIOH
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the Sydney Metro region
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work on-site across the Western Sydney Airport Metro project
