Food and Beverage Operations Leader

As a Food and Beverage Operations Leader at our 5-star hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all dining outlets within the hotel. Your expertise in hospitality and supervisory experience will enable you to create exceptional guest experiences, provide a safe and productive work environment, and implement high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of liquor laws and WA legislations, excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team effectively. You will also be proactive, patient, and able to work under pressure, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service at all times.
