Senior Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our residential aged care facility.

The successful candidate will be accountable for leading a team and managing all aspects of facility operations, while maintaining high standards of quality care and customer service.

  • Drive operational excellence across care, therapy, hospitality & customer service departments.
  • Provide strategic leadership and expertise in clinical management.
  • Support residents and their families through effective communication and empathy.
  • Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, and organisational policies.
  • Manage resources efficiently and effectively, ensuring optimal use of materials and financial assets.
  • Act as a role model, promoting organisational values and culture.
  • Lead, coach, and direct human resources functions to deliver exceptional care and lifestyle services.

Essential Requirements:

  • You hold a current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • You have significant experience in aged care, preferably in a residential setting.
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC assessment processes.
  • You have sound business acumen, including budgeting and financial management skills.
  • You hold full Australian working rights and a current national police clearance.
