- Lead and develop the team and build a positive team culture
- Monitor monthly financial performance and team performance, whilst implementing actions to encourage improvement
- Drive our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Deliver outstanding service and care to all patients and owners
- Cert IV qualified with a minimum 3+ years' clinical experience
- Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching and guidance to team members
- HR experience in performance monitoring and management advantageous
- Experience with Rx works preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisational skills
