Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Operations Manager to lead our store team in achieving commercial success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and profitability, with a passion for delivering exemplary customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the assistant manager and a team of supervisors and sales assistants, inspiring them to create special memories for our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Spearheading daily operations to meet or exceed store targets by identifying and maximising opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs.
  • Maintaining a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store environment while ensuring back-of-house activities support successful commercial execution.
  • Developing product expertise and mentoring the team to unlock their full potential and drive business results.
