Ground Support Equipment Maintenance Technician

As a skilled Tradesman, you will play a pivotal role in the maintenance and upkeep of Ground Support Equipment. Your technical expertise will be utilized to conduct repairs and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring our equipment is always in top working order.
You will work closely with a collaborative team to develop effective solutions and promote a safety-first approach. With opportunities for growth and development, this role offers a chance to bring your skills and experience to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance tasks on Ground Support Equipment
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop effective solutions and promote a safety-first approach
- Utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues
- Participate in regular training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
To be successful in this role, you will have most of the following skills and qualifications:
- Relevant Mechanic Trade Qualification
- Experience working with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical fault finding
- Current and valid Driver's License
- Strong focus on safety standards and relevant company policies & procedures
- Good communication skills and proactiveness
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset, with the ability to work autonomously as well as being a good team player
