Branch Manager – Key Leadership Position

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results in customer satisfaction, financial excellence, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive organisational change.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure optimal use of company assets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years' experience in a leadership or management role within the HVAC or BMS industries.
- Proven track record of delivering business results and driving team performance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Advanced computer and MS Windows skills, including proficiency in software applications such as MS Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
