Job Title: Digital Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

  • Develop automated reports and analyse data to uncover insights into key performance metrics, utilising PowerBI and Azure DevOps data.
  • Presentation of analysis documentation to senior executives for approval and decision-making.
  • Preparation of technical and system documents to support reporting and analysis efforts as needed.
  • Identification and proposal of solutions for process redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with high-volume operational data and information.
  • Proficiency in analysis using platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis to drive improvements in business and customer outcomes.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts into understandable terms.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships to gather reporting requirements and provide operational data for decision-making.
  • Strong work ethic and can-do attitude, able to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Highly desirable: Experience with SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and manipulation.

Additional Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship is required.
  • Security clearance at minimum Baseline level is essential.
