About the Role

NextGen is seeking an experienced Lending Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for analyzing and validating lending requirements, prioritizing and articulating business needs to technical teams, and ensuring data accuracy in our Policy Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply deep credit assessment experience to analyze and communicate requirements for changes to lending calculations, policies, and systems.
  • Prioritize and validate requirements to meet the needs of our lending customers.
  • Articulate business requirements to technical teams for implementation within our ApplyOnline application.
  • Follow test protocols to ensure accurate results.
  • Ensure data accuracy in our Policy Manager.
  • Document work scopes, Jira workflows, and test cases.
  • Provide monthly metric reports to marketing and customer engagement teams.

Requirements
  • Advanced financial analysis skills in service calculations, credit policy, and lending products.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formula creation, data filtering, and sorting.
  • Able to articulate specialized lending requirements in simple terms.
  • Deep understanding of retail credit in a home lending context.
