Analytics and Insights Specialist RoleAbout the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Analytics and Insights Specialist to join our team. As an expert in data-driven insights, you will play a key role in driving business growth by providing actionable recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and challenges through close collaboration with sales teams.
  • Map product features and benefits to client requirements, creating custom solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Create engaging presentations that effectively communicate our offerings to clients at various levels of seniority.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to provide strategic insights.
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of segmentation data, insights, and analytics.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a presales specialist or in a role applying data, insights, and analytics for business benefit.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions to uncover client needs and challenges.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Knowledge of common analytics tools, languages, and other marketing platforms.
