Business Development Manager for Sustainable Agriculture

This role involves leading the development and implementation of strategic business plans to drive business growth in sustainable agriculture.

The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen and ability to manage sales, marketing, and logistics functions within prescribed budgets.

They will also have a track record of successful sales and marketing leadership in an agricultural or related industry and experience managing a P&L.

">

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective marketing and promotional activities, maintaining and reporting up-to-date knowledge of market intelligence, and analysing actual and forecast expenditure, revenues, margins, and other key performance metrics against budgets.

The ideal candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in either Agriculture Science, Engineering, Marketing, Science, or other related disciplines and experience at successfully managing sales or marketing teams.

They will also have an innovative approach and be able to leverage relationships to drive business outcomes.
