Job Title

The Change Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring business units are ready and supported through transformation activity. They oversee the development and execution of change enablement programs, coordinate readiness activities, and manage communications that support successful change adoption.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about driving meaningful transformation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in planning and implementing change management within cross-functional transformation programs.
  • A strong understanding of change methodologies such as PROSCI or PCI, with the ability to tailor approaches to suit different audiences and contexts.
  • Ability to design change management strategies, including communications, training, and readiness planning.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, with confidence to influence, coach, and support leaders through change.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to juggle competing priorities and keep change initiatives on track.
