We're seeking a Support Professional to join our team and make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
This role involves working with a diverse group of people, each with their unique abilities and needs.
- A genuine passion for supporting others is essential for this role.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities is necessary.
This position requires you to be a driver.
What We OfferWe provide flexible contract options: part-time, days, and sleep-in shifts available.
Ongoing 24-hour care services with rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance ensure stability and predictability.
