Electrical Project Manager

The largest and most important water project in Sydney is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the electrical aspects of water, wastewater, and recycled water projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a major joint venture between leading contractors, delivering services across Sydney Water's North region, which spans from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River, including the Hills Shire.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the electrical aspects of water supply, wastewater, and recycled water projects, ensuring electrical design solutions meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes and meet key project milestones.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental practices, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects, particularly within the water or utilities sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design solutions for water and wastewater projects.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Experience working within joint venture environments and managing cross-disciplinary teams.
