We are seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Lawyer to join our Sydney team.

Job Description
  • Advise on complex transactions, including high-value bilateral and syndicated facilities, acquisition, leveraged, and structured financings with multi-jurisdictional structuring elements.
  • Manage transactions from start to finish, liaising with clients, financiers, and advisers.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in corporate finance, including familiarity with APLMA precedents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide transaction structuring advice to clients.
  2. Prepare, review, and negotiate finance documentation, ensuring alignment with market practice and client objectives.
  3. Delegate and supervise work for junior team members, providing leadership, training, and mentoring.

Requirements
  • You must be an Associate / Senior Associate with strong experience in corporate finance.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach is essential.
  • Familiarity with APLMA precedents is highly desirable.
