Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to fill this critical sales support role. This position requires adaptability and flexibility to work varied hours across a Monday–Sunday roster.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences for customers through proactive engagement.
- Utilize initiative and problem-solving skills to address complex customer inquiries effectively.
- Demonstrate clear, concise communication skills, ensuring effective interactions with colleagues and customers.
- Show willingness to be flexible in working across different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Prior experience in retail is highly regarded but not essential.
