We're looking for a vibrant and energetic professional to answer customer calls promptly and professionally, process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, provide updates on deliveries, pricing, and product information, liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and fulfillment, maintain customer records and assist with sales reporting, and promote products with confidence and accuracy.

- Excellent computer literacy with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience using ERP systems (Epicor experience highly desirable); familiarity with HubSpot a bonus
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite and engaging phone manner
