Role Summary
">We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care group, you will play a vital role in providing safe, high-quality care to individuals with high support needs.
">Your primary responsibility will be to deliver person-centred care, prioritizing the unique needs and preferences of each client. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication, effective time management, and efficient use of resources.
">To excel in this role, you will require strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or progress towards) is highly desirable, as is a commitment to ongoing professional development. Additional requirements include a valid Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate, and satisfactory National Police Certificate.

Requirements:
">- Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or progress towards)

- Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 12 months
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
