Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care group, you will play a vital role in providing safe, high-quality care to individuals with high support needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver person-centred care, prioritizing the unique needs and preferences of each client. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless communication, effective time management, and efficient use of resources.

To excel in this role, you will require strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability (or progress towards) is highly desirable, as is a commitment to ongoing professional development. Additional requirements include a valid Driver's Licence, First Aid Certificate, and satisfactory National Police Certificate.

Requirements:
