Service Management Leader

As a Service Management Leader, you will oversee and facilitate ITIL-based service support, ensuring the highest level of service quality. Your responsibilities will include managing service delivery processes, coordinating with client-facing resources, and leading a virtual team to define day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and administer ITIL-based service support to ensure high service quality
  • Manage and oversee Unisys service delivery through processes such as incident, problem, request, and change management
  • Coordinate with client-facing resources to facilitate compliance with service quality commitments
  • Lead a virtual team to define day-to-day responsibilities for Internal Support and Strategic Partners
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination of problem-solving efforts between support teams, account teams, field service personnel, and clients
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 processes and principles
  • Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance
