Service Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Service Management Expert to oversee ITIL-based service support and drive successful outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a virtual team in managing Unisys service delivery through incident, major incident, problem, request, and change management processes.
  • Coordinate client-facing resources and collaborate with clients and partners to ensure compliance with service quality commitments.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to facilitate problem-solving efforts between support teams, account teams, field service personnel, and clients.
  • Analyze statistical data and trends related to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to management, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree and 6-8 years' relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL V3/V4 processes and principles.
  • Australian citizenship and Baseline Security Clearance.
