Job Title: Director of Human Capital
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Human Resources expert to lead our team in implementing end-to-end best practice people solutions. As a key member, you will play a critical role in strengthening our position in the market and establishing a high-performance culture.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support Employee Value Proposition locally, regionally, and globally.
- Plan and execute organisational design and structures to support business expansion and growth.
- Manage people projects from start to finish to create efficiencies and new ways of working.
- Deliver annual performance reviews, remuneration planning, talent mapping, and succession plans for all key roles.
- Work collaboratively with leaders to drive a high-performance culture via building competence and capabilities, rewarding and recognising talent, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead, train, and develop the Human Resources Team to support driving a high-performance culture, where effective business partnering is key to people and business success.
- Be accountable for organisational development, policies, and guidelines, performance management, learning and development, payroll, workforce planning, and recruitment processes and initiatives.
- Provide commercial HR advice to business leaders on performance management, Industrial Relations/Employee Relations matters, organisational structure, and Industrial Relations case management.
Qualifications:
- A relevant Human Resources tertiary qualification and solid Human Resources Generalist knowledge.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and the ability to energise and influence key stakeholders to support driving people and business initiatives and overall results.
Skills:
- Proven stakeholder management capability and relationship building skills.
- A solid understanding of Australian employment legislation trends and practices.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to build trust, connect with people, and effectively coach, lead, and support various stakeholders.
