Principal Water Systems Specialist

About the Role- Lead and mentor junior engineers to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Develop effective solutions and services for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their core business.
- Civil engineering aspects: study involvement, budgeting, scheduling, scope development, detailed design, analysis, construction/commissioning support, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Scoping and developing engineering work packages, including time estimates for deliverables.
- Strengthening existing client relationships and building new ones as a trusted technical advisor.
- Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent technical and communication skills.
