Job Title: Master Water Systems Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Water Systems Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that involves designing, developing, and implementing water supply systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing design, hydraulic analysis, and pipe sizing. They will be proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software, and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Design and develop water supply systems for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  • Perform hydraulic calculations to ensure proper water supply, drainage, and wastewater management.
  • Select appropriate materials, fixtures, and piping systems based on project specifications and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Collaborating with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors to integrate water systems into building designs.
  2. Preparing technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software.
  3. Conducting site inspections and assessments to verify installation accuracy and performance.
  4. Troubleshooting and optimizing water systems for efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Hydraulic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Professional Engineering (P.Eng) certification is an asset.
  • Experience in plumbing system design, hydraulic analysis, and pipe sizing.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes (e.g., IPC, NPC, ASHRAE standards).
