- Lead the delivery of consulting projects that meet clients' business objectives while fostering strong relationships to grow accounts.
- Actively participate in and oversee the hands-on design & delivery of project tasks, ensuring successful execution of project plans, workflows, and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to enhance our consulting processes, maximise business value for clients, and create intellectual property within our organisation.
- Act as an account manager across multiple projects, serving as a point of escalation when needed.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to strengthen and grow relationships with technology partners, including exploration of new partnerships and into new geographies.
- Bring your experience as a line-manager to support consultants' professional and personal growth.
- Support and lead deal cycles to scope, propose, and close prospects to an incredibly high standard.
