Job Title: Senior Urban Designer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Urban Designer to lead our team in growing a sector within our highly successful and established business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing urban design strategies that drive business growth and success.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior urban designer to take the lead on growing a sector within our business. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing urban design strategies that drive business growth and success
  • Leading a team of urban designers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with our landscape architectural team to deliver integrated urban design solutions

Our team of over 125 staff is based in Sydney, Central Coast, and Newcastle, and we are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in urban design, architecture, or landscape architecture (or equivalent)
  • 10 years' local experience in urban design
  • Proficiency in Auto Cad, Photoshop, InDesign, GIS packages, and Revit
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
  • High-level communication skills, written, verbal, and graphic
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a team
