
Financial Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join our team in Richlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation and implementation of policies related to budgeting and accounting frameworks.
Responsibilities:- Preparing financial statements for review by boards of directors, executive management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Performing financial reviews and audits, drafting comprehensive reports, and advising on key financial decisions, including business acquisitions, mergers, financing options, fraud investigations, insolvency matters, and tax planning.
- Reviewing operational expenses alongside revenue and expenditures to analyze organisational financial performance.
- Ensuring the accuracy and statutory compliance of data presented in financial statements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (a Master's degree in Accounting is preferred).
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- High-level attention to detail, friendly and professional phone manner, and strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel), including intermediate Excel skills (as a minimum).
- Strong communication skills to maintain positive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to prioritise conflicting tasks through effective time management.
A competitive salary of $77,000 plus superannuation will be offered to the successful candidate.
