About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Contracts Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.

As a key member of our team, you will provide proactive administrative and operational support daily by monitoring procurement activity in the procurement mailbox. You will also maintain records, reports, databases and audit documents ensuring compliance with records management requirements, agency and procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a high level of computer proficiency, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite of programs. You will have well-developed communication, organisational and time-management skills. Additionally, you will have demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal teams, business stakeholders and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.
