Job Summary

International SOS is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Case Manager in a telehealth setting. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical nursing skills in a unique healthcare environment, supporting clients within the Australian Immigration Detention Network.

About the Role

In this position, you will work from our office setting conveniently located near Wynyard train station, Sydney. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for case management and telehealth services, covering diverse acute and chronic medical conditions.

You will utilize your triage skills to analyze, assess, and review relevant medical records, identifying and acting on urgent medical cases. Your excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

This role comes with a 24/7 rotating roster, with a mix of 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday and occasional nights and weekends. You will be required to work a paid training period of 4-6 weeks, followed by an 8-week roster planned and organized minimum of 2 weeks in advance.

We are seeking a candidate with unconditional AHPRA licensure as a Registered Nurse, a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and patient record systems.

  • Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and experience with using patient record systems
