Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and current bequestors.
  • Formulate a comprehensive strategy for the growth of the Gifts in Wills program aimed at attracting new bequest leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute a multi-channel communication strategy that engages and inspires donors to include the organization in their wills.
  • Design and implement a stewardship plan for confirmed bequestors to ensure ongoing engagement and retention.
  • Create compelling materials and host events to motivate potential bequestors.
  • Work alongside internal teams to optimize lead generation and retention strategies across various engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the growth of the bequest pipeline and associated income.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in legacy fundraising to enhance the effectiveness of the program.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a related capacity.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
