Home Care Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to clients across the South of Perth region.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory clients in a supportive environment.

About the Role

As a physiotherapist with our organization, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver multidisciplinary care.

You will also have the opportunity to educate clients and families on healthy living, liaise with service providers for effective communication, and work autonomously maintaining records and patient reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management and attention to detail
