Your Team

  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.
  • Help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.
  • Collaborate with an established multidisciplinary team as part of our Well-Living approach.
