We are seeking a skilled Commercial Accounting Specialist to provide high-quality commercial support to our Offshore Remote business sector.

The Position

This role is based in Brisbane and involves providing end of month and management reporting, contractual compliance and reviews, along with financial analysis of relevant portfolios.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in consistently delivering and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate & timely month end closing processes
  • Deliver client reporting and billing services
  • Perform month end reconciliations
  • Carry out site audits and contract compliance checks
  • Prepare detailed Budgets and Forecasts
  • Provide assistance to Internal & External Stakeholders
The Person
  • Accounting degree qualification
  • Progressing toward CA/CPA certification
  • Previous commercial accounting experience required
  • Strong technical and analytical skills essential
  • Ability to problem solve, prioritise and multi-task
  • Intermediate skill level on Excel software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • Attention to detail crucial
  • Ability to comfortably communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in ORACLE beneficial
