We're looking for a Senior Solutions Expert who has a passion for solving complex challenges. You'll partner directly with Sales to provide technical leadership throughout the sales process, navigating intricate deal cycles, providing value-based demonstrations, and serving as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients throughout their evaluations.

This role is part of a dynamic team reporting into a Director based in Sydney, Australia. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and building innovative solutions to solve complex business challenges for high-visibility customers
  • Leading technical sales engagements, collaborating closely with sales teams to identify customer requirements, summarize challenges, design solutions, and provide technical guidance that demonstrates the value of our offerings
  • Conducting discovery sessions to uncover business processes and challenges to inform the sales and solution delivery strategy
  • Establishing yourself as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services to provide a great overall customer experience and drive revenue growth

You'll have the opportunity to grow and maintain deep knowledge for all our products, services, and competitors, and leverage your expertise to lead or participate in onboarding, mentoring, and coaching of team members.

As a Senior Solutions Expert, you'll be responsible for representing the voice of the customer and informing product roadmaps, consulting and collaborating on strategic programs within the Solutions Engineering department, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
