Portfolio Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor portfolio health, and report clearly on portfolio performance, risks, and compliance.

  • This role involves managing and improving portfolio financials including budgeting, forecasting, tracking actuals, and supporting investment planning and benefits realisation.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for facilitating portfolio governance forums, demand and intake processes, prioritisation, and investment planning cycles to ensure transparent decision-making, clear accountability, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in portfolio or project management, with a strong understanding of governance frameworks, demand and capacity management, and the techniques and measures used to support sound investment and prioritisation decisions.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to interpret data, monitor portfolio health, and report clearly on portfolio performance, risks, and compliance.
