We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently.
Our team delivers Allied Health services, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy. We believe that great clinicians deserve flexibility, support and the freedom to shape their career.
Job Responsibilities- Manage a varied caseload and deliver therapeutic services in line with participant goals
- Assess emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical function
- Develop evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
- Recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
- Support participants in home, school, work and community settings
- Maintain compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team
- A passion for helping people in the disability sector
