Early Childhood Educator

This is an exciting chance for two dedicated and experienced Educators to contribute to our team on a casual basis.
Early Learning North Bondi is a service that provides a personalized and caring approach, with a warm and welcoming indoor learning space and a large outdoor environment that fosters exploration and learning.
Our team is committed to creating an environment that supports learning, personal growth, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality education and care to children, supporting their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.
- Develop positive relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Facilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Document children's learning through observations and assessments against learning outcomes.
- Must have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, with previous on-the-job experience (preferred).
- Be passionate about working with children of all ages.
- A work history that demonstrates programming, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework (National Standard).
- Have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members.
