Job Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant - Operational Risk Management. About the Role As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading teams and project portfolios in identifying, designing, and implementing effective solutions across a broad range of technical expertise. You will leverage your strong foundation in consulting skills to enhance our impact in client engagements and apply your coaching and facilitations skills to support the capability development of operational and functional Leaders. Responsibilities
  • Leverage your consulting skills to enhance our impact in client engagements.
  • Apply your coaching and facilitations skills to support the capability development of operational and functional Leaders.
  • Work with managers to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Independently manage end-to-end projects, identifying areas of improvement of new processes and designing and implementing effective solutions within your area of expertise.
  • Undertake and lead analysis, including quantitative and qualitative evaluations of results, and preparation of reports and presentations to be used in client engagements and business development.
