AIA Vitality Administrator Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an AIA Vitality & Wellbeing Administrator based in Melbourne.

As the successful candidate, you will deliver high-quality service and administrative support across AIA's Vitality and Wellbeing programs in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate, wellbeing, and rehab inboxes.
  • Handle payments and receivables invoicing for corporate, wellbeing, and rehab programs.
  • Support provider services management including onboarding and TPM requirements with partnership managers.
  • Assist risk assessment for new service providers or partners.
  • Distribute reports to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data for valuable insights to business units.
  • Create SOPs and training documentation.
  • Identify service improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Administration experience preferably within insurance or health disciplines.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Prioritization, meeting deadlines, and attention to detail.
  • Clinical acumen and basic health biometrics understanding.
  • Injury, illness, medical terminology, insurance, and rehabilitation providers knowledge.
